BENTON, Ark.—Joel “Jay” Davis, 65, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Davis was born Jan. 11, 1943, in Texarkana, Ark. He was retired from the U.S. government and a Realtor.

Survivors include his wife, Rose; one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Mary Lou; three brothers, Leo Brian, Ronnie Davis and Craig Davis; one sister, Barbara Davis; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Christ of the Hills Methodist Church, Hot Springs Village, Ark., under direction of Roller-Ballard Funera...
