ASHDOWN, Ark.—Willis Melvin Crutchfield, 50, of Foreman, Ark., died Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Crutchfield was born Oct. 24, 1957, in Little River County, Ark. He was retired from Weyerhaeuser, De Queen, a member of Roanoke Baptist Church, Foreman, and an Army veteran.
