ATLANTA, Texas—Frances Lanell Alexander, 66, of Queen City, Texas, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, in Texarkana, Texas.

Mrs. Alexander was born Dec. 9, 1941, in Queen City. She attended Sand Hill Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wayne Alexander; and one grandson, Jarrod Keith.
