Mary Elizabeth Quinn Williams, 62, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Williams was born Jan. 25, 1946, in Hot Springs, Ark. She was a caregiver, a day care worker, a foster parent and a member of River of Life COGIC, where she was president of Sunshine Band, youth president of the choir and Mother’s Board member.
