Vernon G. Tuller, 84, of Texarkana died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008.

Mr. Tuller was born April 4, 1924, in San Antonio. He was retired from Double Eagle District, a teacher, an employee of Texaco, a field Scout executive for Trinity Neches Council, Beaumont, Texas, and a district Scout executive in Little Rock and El Dorado, Ark. He was preceded in death by one son, Vernon Chris Tuller.

Survivors include his wife, Neita Sue Rountree; one daughter, Jackisue Finley; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
