NAPLES, Texas—William Harold “Bubba” Perkins, 52, of California City, Calif., died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Perkins was born Jan. 4, 1956, in Naples. He was a maintenance manager at U.S. Borax Plant, Boron, Calif., and a member of New Life Assembly of God, California City.

Survivors include his wife, Renee Perkins of California City; four sons, Jeremy Scott Perkins of Dickerson, Texas, B.J. Perkins of Boron, Eddie Perkins of Grand Junction, Calif., and Chris Moore of Texarkana; two daughters, Heather Perkins of Laramie, Wyo., and Christina Moore of Boro...
