PRESCOTT, Ark.—Joseph Ernest “Joe” Lambert, 67, of Prescott died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, in a Little Rock hospital.

Mr. Lambert was born April 6, 1941, in Nevada County, Ark. He was an employee of Firestone, a Methodist and an Air Force and Army National Guard veteran. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois Jean Lambert, on October 1997.
