HOPE, Ark.—Lera Hart, 87, of Baytown, Texas, died Friday, Sept. 12, 2008.

Mrs. Hart was born Feb. 19, 1921, in Rosston, Ark. She was a drape maker and a member of Joy Class and Cedar Bayou Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Felts Hart, in 2001.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Jo Ann and Stanley Ingrum, Betty and Jerrell Troutman and Sandra and Chris Tilton; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
