James T. Manley, 77, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Manley was born Aug. 22, 1931, in Texarkana. He was retired from Texana Tank Car, leader of Boy Scouts Troop 32, member of Leadership Sunday school class, Buchanan First Baptist Church and a Korean War Navy veteran.
