STAMPS, Ark.—Melbert “Doddy” Bullock Jr., 62, of Pine Bluff, Ark., died Monday, Sept. 15, 2008, in a Pine Bluff hospital.

Mr. Bullock was born Dec. 8, 1945, in Mineral Spring, Ark.

Survivors include three children, Melbert “Jay” Bullock III and Chandra Young of Little Rock and Lisa Goodson of Rowlett, Texas; one sister, Dorcas Bullock of Mineral Springs; and four grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Flint Hill CME Church, Mineral Springs, with Elder Rufus Esters officiating. Burial will be in Flint Hill CME Church Cemetery under direction of Smi...
