Jimmie Dale Myers, 61, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, in a Little Rock hospital.

Mr. Myers was born July 25, 1947, in Modesto, Calif. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and Sacred Heart Catholic Church and an Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Roxanne Myers of Texarkana; two daughters, Melanie Pondant of Marshall, Texas, and Kristy Myers Burress of Judsonia, Ark.; three sons, Paul Wayne Myers of Judsonia and Jonathan Cortez and Jarrod Ian Myers of Texarkana; one brother, Eddie Myers of Arkansas; and 11 grandchildren.
