STAMPS, Ark.—Willie “Bill” Steele, 51, of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Steele was born March 15, 1957, in Waldo, Ark. He was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Steele.

Survivors include three children, Willie Steele of Seagoville, Texas, Codarrell Steele of Dallas and Sara Lynn Steele of San Antonio; his mother, Mae Lee Steele of Waldo; four brothers, Kenneth Zackery of Oklahoma City, James Smith and Willie W.
