MURFREESBORO, Ark.—Joshua Blake Turner, 25, of Nashville, Ark., died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008, of injuries from an auto accident.

Mr. Turner was born Jan. 26, 1983, in Hot Springs, Ark. He was a cook at Buddy’s Restaurant and a student.

Survivors include his father, Rickey Turner of Murfreesboro; his mother, Dottie Turner of Murfreesboro; his grandparents, Bobby Turner, Denzel Hale and Joyce Hale of Murfreesboro; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Heather and John Grabin of Murfreesboro and Ashli Turner of Lockesburg, Ark.; and a number of other relatives.
