HOPE, Ark.—Martha Bell Otwell, 98, of Hope died Monday, Sept. 22, 2008, in Hope.

Mrs. Otwell was born Sept. 3, 1910, in Waldo, Ark. She was a retired grocery store owner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Otwell.

Survivors include one sister, Evelyn Ridling Landers; one niece, Clara Landers Stewart; three nephews, Kenneth Landers, Robert Landers and Gerold Otwell; and one special friend, Carolyn Crockett of Little Rock.
