Wallace Richard “Frog” Dickey, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Dickey was born Aug. 30, 1934, in Shreveport, La. He was retired from the Air Force, Red River Army Depot and DSI Transport, owner of Dickey Small Engines and employed with Dots Roller Rink. He was preceded in death by one son, Wallace Richard “Rick” Dickey Jr.
