CHARLES NEAL

Charles W. Neal, 79, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Neal was born Sept. 19, 1929, in Farmersville, La. He was an Army Veteran.

Survivors include three sons, Charles R. Neal of Sarepta, La., Billy Neal of Mineola, Texas, and Joe Fisk of Texarkana; one daughter, Charlene Ray of Texarkana; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of East Funeral Home, downtown.
