HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Sean David Spencer, 22, of San Diego died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, in San Diego.

Mr. Spencer was born Dec. 26, 1983, in Houston. He was a Baptist and a Navy veteran.
