ATLANTA, Texas—Cora Watkins, 105, of Atlanta died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, in Atlanta.

Mrs. Watkins was born Nov. 23, 1903, in Cass County, Texas. She was formerly employed with Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant, a former member of Eastern Star and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Watkins; and one grandson, Jay Watkins.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Edgar and Wilma Watkins of Atlanta; one sister-in-law, Irene Watkins of Queen City, Texas; three cousins, Mildred Knox and Hubert Hill of Atlanta and Vaudine Jul...
