Gus K. Hubbard Jr., 78, of Hooks, Texas, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Hubbard was born Jan. 13, 1930, in Hooks. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and a Korean War Army veteran.
