Richard Allen Reed, 66, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Reed was born Nov. 29, 1941, in Jay, Okla. He was a retired laborer and Baptist.

Survivors include his mother, Deloris Reed of Texarkana; three sisters, Juanita Peavy, Mary Jane Brewer and Geraldine Moore of Texarkana; and four brothers, Andy Reed, David Reed and Eardie Reed of Texarkana and Gary Reed of Ringold, La.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Rev. Roger Mixon officiating.
