Joe D. “Billy” Green, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, in a local nursing home.

Mr. Green was born May 1, 1934, in Atlanta, Texas. He was a member of Landmark Pentecostal Church.

Survivors in-clude a number of relatives.

Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with Dr. Jesse Montgomery officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
