DE QUEEN, Ark.—Shirley Ann Voss Burnett, 60, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, in Texarkana.

Mrs. Burnett was born Feb. 27, 1948, in Mesa, Ariz. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Ann Taylor; and two grandchildren, Derick Taylor and Lindsay Collins.
