SHERIDAN, Ark.—Ray Thomas Allen Jr., 77, of Sheridan died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Allen was born Dec. 25, 1931, in Hope, Ark. He was a member of Hope First Baptist Church and a Korean War Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Janell Jordan Allen; and one granddaughter, Casey Allen.
