DeKALB, Texas—Brett Dawson McMillan, 43, of Maud, Texas, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mr. McMillan was born Feb. 10, 1965, in Mesquite, Texas. He was an equipment specialist with Red River Army Depot, a member of the Rod and Gun Club, Ramstein, Germany, and Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and a Navy veteran.
