NAPLES, Texas—Ruby A. Win-chell, 95, of DeKalb, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, in a DeKalb nursing home.

Mrs. Winchell was born Jan. 31, 1913, in DeRidder, La. She was a retired cafeteria manager at Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant and a member of Big Woods Community Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie M. Winchell, on Jan. 12, 1973; and one grandson, Danny K. Pynes.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and T.O. Pynes of DeKalb; two sons and daughters-in-law, Walter and Dalene Winchell of Texarkana and Charles and Beverly Winch...
