Charles Edward Harper, 57, of Los Angeles died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, in Los Angeles.

Mr. Harper was born Feb. 28, 1951, in Junction City, Ark.

Survivors include one sister, Elnor Larry of Texarkana; one brother-in-law, Raymond Larry of Texarkana; and two special friends, Drucella and Toby Ross of Los Angeles.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with Elnor Larry officiating. Burial will be under direction of Haynes Mortuary.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
