ASHDOWN, Ark.—Otis Shoals, 55, of Wellington, Kan., died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, in Wellington.

Mr. Shoals was born Sept. 13, 1953, in Foreman, Ark. He was retired from Oxywell Inc.

Survivors include four brothers, Arthur Lee Shoals of Tom, Okla., and Charles Shoals, Arthur Shoals and Fred Shoals of Foreman; two sisters, Leola Hooks of Foreman and Pam Wilson of Tom; one aunt, Leola Shoals of Foreman; one uncle, Charles Young of Texarkana; one special friend, Jenniser Seals of Wellingston; and a number of other relatives.
