NASHVILLE, Ark.—Jewel “Judy” Marine Smalling Couch Tinsley, 83, of Tokio community, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Tinsley was born Oct. 18, 1925, in Corinth community, Ark. She was a retired waitress and a member of Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by one son, Larry Chester Couch; one daughter, Gaylon Couch Meadows Dudley; and one grandson, Gary Eugene Couch.
