Truly Lee Lewis, 61, of Dallas died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, in a Dallas hospital.

Ms. Lewis was born Aug. 25, 1947, in Bivins, Texas. She was a retired employee of Decker Foods and a member of Mount Hebron, Garland, Texas.
