David Ray Williams Sr., 82, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, in a Dallas hospital.

Mr. Williams was born Aug. 20, 1926, in Taylorsville, Miss. He was a retired electrician, a member of Church of God, Atlanta, Texas, and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, David Ray Williams Jr.
