DE QUEEN, Ark.—Helen Ruth Smith Bynum, 76, of Mineral Springs, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, in Nashville, Ark.

Mrs. Bynum was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Ada, Okla. She was a client with Howard County Children’s Center, Nashville, and a member of First Christian Church, De Queen.

Survivors include one sister, Willie Lee Sunderman of Nashville; three brothers, Marvin Smith of De Queen, Leo Harrison of Fayetteville, Ark., and Kent Harrison of Hot Springs, Ark.; and a number of other relatives.
