NEW BOSTON, Texas—Felix Edgar Woodley, 88, of Hooks, Texas, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mr. Woodley was born Sept. 29, 1920, in Akins Grove, Texas. He was a retired security officer with Red River Army Depot, a member of Black Lands Hunting Club and First Baptist Church, Hooks, and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mayme Woodley.
