Rodney C. Miller, 81, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Miller was born Jan. 18, 1927, in Texarkana, Ark. He was retired from the Postal Service, a member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees, Tex-Ark Antique Car Club and Beech Street First Baptist Church and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one wife, Louise Sullivan Miller.
