Turner Otis McBay, 89, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at his home.

Mr. McBay was born Oct. 18, 1919, in Langley, Ark. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a minister, a World War II veteran and a member of Disabled American Veterans and Trinity Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and music director.
