Kenneth Roger Citty, 64, of Ashdown, Ark., formerly of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Citty was born Nov. 12, 1944, in Texarkana. He was retired from Garland, Texas, School District and was a Navy veteran.

Survivors include one son, Mitchell Citty of Enid, Okla.; two daughters, Teresa Peek of Chickasha, Okla., and Renea McMillen of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister, Sherryl Powell of Orlando, Fla.; one brother, Keith Citty of Texarkana; one special friend, Helen Burks of Ashdown; and four grandchildren.
