Mark S. Carnley, 31, of Fouke, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, in Little Rock.

Mr. Carnley was born April 5, 1977, in Texarkana, Texas.

Survivors include three daughters, Heather Carnley, Maggie Carnley and Tonya Carnley of Fouke; four brothers, Carl Carnley and James Carnley of Benton, Ark., and David Carnley and Daniel Carnley of Texarkana; two sisters, Beverly Curtis and Nancy Carnley of Fouke; and a number of other relatives.
