IDABEL, Okla.—Richard “Bud” Pollard, 70, of Idabel died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Pollard was born March 15, 1938, in the Pollard community. He was a Baptist minister and a land surveyor.

Survivors include his wife, Frances of Idabel; two daughters and one son-in-law, Donna and Rene Aja of Farmersville, Texas, and Rhonda Harvey of Haworth, Okla.; one brother, Douglas Pollard of Haworth; one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Danny Balagbagan of Haworth; one niece, Misti Pollard of Haworth; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
