IDABEL, Okla.—Roy Hunt, 88, of Ashdown, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008, in Texarkana.

Mr. Hunt was born Sept. 11, 1920, in Valliant, Okla. He was a Master Mason with Masonic Blue Lodge, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Paralyzed Veterans of America and First Baptist Church and a World War II Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Wilma Jean “Jeannie” Hunt, in 2007.
