Debra Kay Duncan, 55, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Duncan was born June 11, 1953, in Wheeling, W.Va. She was employed with Wadley Regional Medical Center and Ashley Office Systems and a member of Central Christian Church.
