HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—I.B. Stone, 87, of Daingerfield, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, in a local nursing home.

Mr. Stone was born Nov. 6, 1921. He was retired from Lone Star Steel, owner of Midway Groceries, a Pentecostal and a World War II Army Air Force veteran.
