Dorothy Dean Meador Watson, 93, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Watson was born Feb. 27, 1915, in Texarkana. She was retired from Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant, former member of Few Memorial Methodist Church and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Fouke, Ark. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert “Rocky” Watson.

Survivors include one daughter, Sara Thomas of Fouke; one son-in-law, David Thomas of Fouke; one grandson, Scott Thomas of Fouke; one nephew, Paul B. Smith Jr. of Texarkana; two nieces, Vickey Cobb of Lauder...
