Patsy Ruth Simpson, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009.

Mrs. Simpson was a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Survivors include her husband, Jim; two sons, James of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mack of Lancaster, Texas; seven siblings, Jim Earl of Odessa, Texas, Maxine of Haltom City, Texas, Maurice, Mary and Caroline of Lamesa, Texas, Ralph of St. Cloud, Minn., Bea of Amarillo, Texas; one granddaughter; and a number of other relatives.
