Wilbur Ard Martin, 69, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, in a local hospital.

Mr. Martin was born Jan. 13, 1939, in DeKalb, Texas. He was a retired truck driver, a member of Trinity Baptist Church and an Arkansas National Guard veteran.
