FOREMAN, Ark.—Lorene Webb Phillips, 88, of Foreman died Monday, June 29, 2009.

Ms. Phillips was born June 15, 1921, in Foreman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Phillips Sr.; and one grandchild, Kirk Walker.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Broomfield of Alleene, Ark., and Bo Phillips of Foreman; four daughters, Cindy Buchanan, Delores Hess, Lisa Walker and Captolia Carver of Foreman; two stepchildren, Hugh Phillips Jr. and Louwanah Cox of Foreman; one brother, Robert Webb of Texarkana; one special daughter-in-law, Sherry Phillips of Foreman; 11 grandchil...
