NAVASOTA, Texas—Leora Eickenhorst, 80, of Navasota died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Eickenhorst was born Jan. 10, 1929, in White Hall, Texas. She was former co-owner and manager of S&S Feed Store, Navasota, employed with Douget Feed Store, Anderson, Texas, and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 4006 and Trinity Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erich Eickenhorst.
