DE QUEEN, Ark.—Mary Elizabeth Barnhart Dickinson, 97, of Bentonville, Ark., formerly of Horatio, Ark., died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, in Bentonville.

Mrs. Dickinson was born Oct. 2, 1911, in De Queen. She was a homemaker and member of Horatio United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodger C. Dickinson, in 1998; and one son, James William Dickinson.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rodger Jr. and Janie Dickinson of Bentonville; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
