Alberta Cooper Parker, 63, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, June 29, 2009, at her home.

Mrs. Parker was born Feb. 11, 1946, in Texarkana. She was a certified nurse’s aide and a member of Bibleway Christian Assembly.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Lee Parker of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Robenetta Lewis of Lawton, Okla.; one brother, Frederick Cooper of Texarkana; and one grandson, Josiah Lewis.
