Ralph Nader, longtime consumer advocate turned perennial White House contender, announced Sunday that how would, again, enter the race for president,

Nader, soon to be 74, may decide to run as an independent or to seek the Green party nomination. He said that decision would come later.

The news was downplayed by Democratic rivals Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. The last thing either want is for Nader to get much press, since he could draw more liberal Democrats voters, as well as those not too thrilled by either front-runner, away from the party ticket in November.
