Does Karl Rove’s arrogance know no limits?

Congress issued a subpoena for the the former White House adviser in May regarding allegations of improper political pressure within the Justice Department by members of the Bush administration. Rove was scheduled to testify Thursday before a House subcommittee investigating whether the prosecution of former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman on charges of accepting a bribe were politically motivated and driven by the administration.
