It only takes a few to spoil things for everyone else.

So it is with the 11 public parks in Texarkana, Texas.

Texas-side Parks and Recreation officials have been seeing more and more vandalism lately, including damage to public restrooms. Even vandalism on a small scale adds up and eventually means time and money for cleanup and repairs.

So the City Council took action.
